1. Data controller
Gromo World S.L. (CIF B-XXXXXXXX), Polígono Raposal II, Naves 36-37, 26580 Arnedo, La Rioja, Spain, operating under the trademark SuedeCycle, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@suedecycle.com.
2. What we collect
The contact form collects the data you provide: name, company, email, phone (optional), sector, material of interest and your message. We collect nothing silently — this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics by default.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to answer your inquiry and manage a possible commercial relationship. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, and is afterwards blocked for the limitation periods established by Spanish law.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@suedecycle.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
6. Processors
The website is hosted on Vercel. Transactional email is relayed through Resend. Both act as processors under data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.
